You will get approximately 200-300 pounds of 100% grass fed and organic beef. The price includes butchering and pocessing fees as well as 14-21 day dry aging. You will be sharing with one other person so you will not get some of everything as there are only one of certain cuts on an animal ( tri-tip, oxtail, tongue, etc.) if you would like any of these cuts please let us know at the time of ordering.
