You will get approximately 100-150 pounds of 100% grass fed and organic beef. The price includes butchering and pocessing fees as well as 14-21 day dry aging. You will be sharing with three other people so you will not get some of everything as there are only one of certain cuts on an animal (flanks, tri-tip, oxtail, tongue, etc.) if you would like any of these cuts please let us know at the time of ordering.
