Welcome to our Ranch. We are a family-owned ranching operation specializing in Angus and Wagyu beef. Our cattle are raised on lush pastures, free from hormones and antibiotics, ensuring and the highest quality and flavorful meat. Our Wagyu
The USDA allows ranchers to label their beef as "100% Wagyu" even if it is only partially Wagyu due to the way the breed is defined in the U.S. Under USDA standards, the term "Wagyu" refers to cattle that are genetically related to the Japanese Wagyu breed but does not require the cattle to be purebred. As long as the cattle have some Wagyu genetics, ranchers can market the beef as "Wagyu." In contrast, "Kobe beef" is a specific subset of Wagyu that comes from the Hyogo Prefecture in Japan, and it is subject to strict regulations.
At DAM Ranch, we take pride in ensuring that our Wagyu bloodline is 100% Tajima—a genetic lineage known for producing the finest Kobe beef. While Kobe beef is only produced in Japan, our cattle are raised and bred here in the U.S., adhering to the same high standards. This commitment to purity in our Wagyu bloodline ensures that we offer a premium product that upholds the quality and characteristics for which Tajima cattle are renowned.
